ITINERARY - 5 DAYS

Day 1

Arrival in Abu Simbel to board the boat. Lunch on board,  visit the Abu Simbel temples: the temple of Ramses II and his beloved wife Nefetari. A welcome cocktail will be served in the Sound and Light show at Abu Simbel temple, followed by a candlelit dinner on board and overnight.

Day 2

For those who would like to watch the spectacular sunrise at Abu Simbel, please enjoy an early morning visit to the temples. Lunch is served while sailing to Kasr Ibrim. During the Pharaonic period, this hill was dominated by a citadel. The summit of the hill was dominated by a cathedral of where we can still admire some Roman arches.
Sail to Amada and a cocktail will be served on the top deck overlooking the lit temples of Amada. Overnight on board.

Day 3

Visit the temple of Amada of the XVIIIth Dynasty, built during the reign of Thohotmosis III, Amenophis III and Thohotmosis IV. Visit the Hemi-Spoes of Derr, dedicated by Ramses II to the rising sun and the tomb of Penout, Viceroy of Nubia. Relaxing afternoon sail to Wadi El Seboua. Cocktail on board and overnight at Wadi El Seboua.

Day 4

Morning visit to Wadi El Seboua.The temple of Wadi El Seboua was dedicated by Ramses II to the two Gods Amon Ra and Ra Harmakis, the temple of Dakka, dedicated to the God Thot of divine wisdom, lord of time and science, master of literature. Visit the Greco-Roman temple of Maharakka. Sail to Aswan and cross the tropic of Cancer.
After lunch visit the Kalabsha temple with its Pharaonic Aspect, remodelled into the Greco-Roman style and dedicated to the God Mandoulis. Visit the hemi-speos of Beit El Wali, erected by Ramses II in the beginning of his high Reign, built to honour the Goddess Isis. 

Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5

Breakfast and disembarkation.
